Hello, I'm Yassir Taqatqa

I build complete web systems.

From the first idea to production.

I design and develop business applications, CRM platforms, customer portals, integrations, enterprise Salesforce solutions and custom software — the whole system, not just the screens.

01 About

I solve business problems with software.

I've spent years working on systems where software is part of the business itself — memberships, applications, payments, customer workflows, CRM processes, automation, reporting and data. When that kind of system breaks, the business feels it.

My experience spans two worlds. On one side, enterprise Salesforce systems with real users, real money and strict release processes. On the other, independent business platforms I design and build end to end — CRM, education, retail.

That combination is why I think in complete systems rather than individual features. Before writing code, I want to understand how the work actually happens: who does what, which data matters, where things get stuck, and what has to connect to what.

  1. Code and workflow

I read the business process as carefully as the code. Both have to be right.

  2. Whole lifecycle

From requirements and data model to deployment and the fixes that follow.

  3. Built to be maintained

Clear structure, sensible data and no clever tricks the next person has to decode.

02 Expertise

What I build

Most of my work falls into a few kinds of systems. The technology changes from project to project; the goal stays the same — software that fits how the business runs.

  • Custom Business Systems

Complete web applications built around the way a business actually operates — its people, its data and its daily workflow.

    • CRM systems
    • Operations platforms
    • Management systems
    • Internal tools
    • Automation systems

  • CRM & Sales Platforms

Every lead, deal and customer in one place, with follow-ups that don't depend on memory.

    • Lead management
    • Sales pipelines
    • Customer management
    • Follow-ups
    • Tasks
    • Reporting
    • Automation

  • Educational Platforms

Systems for schools and training centers — from enrollment to progress tracking.

    • Student management
    • Teacher dashboards
    • Scheduling
    • Courses
    • Attendance
    • Assignments
    • Progress tracking
    • LMS

  • E-commerce Platforms

Storefronts connected to the operations behind them: stock, orders, payments and administration.

    • Products
    • Inventory
    • Orders
    • Payments
    • Customer accounts
    • Administration
    • Storefronts

  • Enterprise Salesforce Solutions

Custom development on Salesforce for the cases where configuration alone is not enough.

    • Apex
    • Visualforce
    • Lightning
    • Automation
    • Integrations
    • Custom objects
    • Membership systems
    • Payment workflows

  • Legacy System Modernization

Replacing aging systems without losing the data — or the business rules hidden inside them.

    • System rebuilds
    • Database redesign
    • Data migration
    • UI modernization
    • Architecture improvement

  • Integrations

Connecting your system to the services it depends on — with proper handling for the day one of those services misbehaves.

    • Payment gateways
    • WhatsApp
    • External APIs
    • Authentication
    • Third-party services
    • Cloud services

Sound familiar?

Have a process that still lives in Excel, WhatsApp, paper, or several disconnected systems?

That's usually a sign the business has outgrown its tools — and a good candidate for a custom system. You don't need to know what software you need. You need to be able to describe how the work happens today.

I analyze the workflow and turn it into one integrated system — designed around your process, not a generic template.

Describe your process
  • Manual customer tracking One customer record with its full history
  • Paper-based operations Digital forms with validation built in
  • Excel-based workflows Structured data with proper permissions
  • Multiple disconnected tools One system, integrated where it has to be
  • Repeated data entry Enter it once, use it everywhere
  • Difficult reporting Reports generated from live data
  • Legacy software A modern system, with your data migrated
  • Complicated approvals Defined workflows with a clear status

03 Systems

More than writing code.

A working system needs much more than features. I handle the complete project — from understanding the problem to improving the system after real people start using it.

Now

Currently building

The areas I spend my time on outside of enterprise work.

  • Business platforms

Multi-module systems that replace a patchwork of tools with one consistent application.

  • AI-assisted workflows

Practical uses of AI inside business software — helping people with routine steps, not replacing the process.

  • CRM systems

Lead, sales and customer management shaped around how a specific business sells.

  • Automation

Removing repetitive manual work: notifications, follow-ups, status changes and scheduled jobs.

  • Educational technology

Management and learning tools for schools and training centers.

  • Legacy modernization

Rebuilding older systems on a modern stack while keeping their data and business rules intact.

07 Services

How I can help

You work with me directly. The person who designs your system is the person who builds it, so nothing is lost between a sales conversation and the code.

  1. Custom Web Application Development

I build web applications from scratch around your requirements — not a template bent to fit.

  2. Business Systems & Internal Tools

I turn operations that run on spreadsheets and messages into one structured system — with the dashboards and admin tools your team uses every day.

  3. CRM Development

I build CRMs that follow your actual sales and customer process — custom-built or on Salesforce.

  4. Salesforce Development

Apex, Visualforce, Aura and LWC for the cases where configuration is not enough.

  5. System Architecture & Database Design

I design the data model, modules, permissions and integrations before a line of code is written.

  6. Legacy Modernization & Data Migration

I rebuild outdated systems and move their data across cleanly and verifiably — keeping the rules the business depends on.

  7. Integrations & Process Automation

I connect your system to payment gateways, messaging and third-party services, and automate the repetitive steps in between.

  8. E-commerce Systems

I build storefronts connected to inventory, orders, payments and administration.

  9. Educational Platforms

I build systems for students, teachers, scheduling, courses and progress tracking.

Working together

How a project runs

Practical, iterative, and visible to you at every step.

  1. Understand the business

What you do, who is involved, and what is not working.

  2. Map the workflow

How the work moves today, step by step, including the workarounds.

  3. Identify modules and requirements

What the system must do, and what can wait.

  4. Design the architecture

Data model, roles, integrations and the shape of the system.

  5. Build iteratively

Working pieces early, so you can react while changes are still cheap.

  6. Test with real scenarios

Your real cases, your real data shapes, your real edge cases.

  7. Migrate existing data

When there is an old system, its data comes along — cleaned and verified.

  8. Deploy and improve

Launch carefully, watch real usage, and refine.
